Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from inside the StuffFinder app or by emailing [email protected]. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data is never deleted. If you cancel, your account reverts to the free Starter plan. Containers and items over the free-tier limit become read-only until you re-upgrade or remove extras.
Is this the same account I use in the app?
Yes — same account. Once your payment clears, your upgrade is applied immediately and reflected the next time you open the app.
Can I switch between monthly and annual?
Yes. Email [email protected] and we'll switch your billing cycle at your next renewal.
How does Household sharing work?
The account owner invites up to 4 other people by email. Each invited member signs in with their own account and sees the full shared inventory. Anyone can add, edit, or remove items.
